Kishor Sharma (b. 1983) is a freelance photographer from Kathmandu, Nepal. He strives to explore and understand human societies through the medium of Photography.
He has been working as a freelance photographer since 2005. He worked at Drik India in Calcutta in 2008/09 and started working at photo.circle in Kathmandu from 2011.He received a scholarship from Danish Ministry of Education in 2013 and completed Advanced Visual Storytelling course from the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Aarhus, Denmark. He was awarded with Asia Prize in Photo City Sagamihara 14th General Photography festival organized in Sagamihara Japan for his documentary work on Nepali nomads.
His works has exhibited at various places in Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Finland, France, UK and Japan.
He is currently based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
