Abstract

As a street photographer I am used to photograph people on the street. But with the beginning of the pandemic, this of course seemed absolutely inappropriate, even though the lockdown in Germany was never that strict. There was no complete quarantine, you were allowed to go out and take a walk, but preferably alone. I used the time to try out a completely new visual language: minimalist and abstract photography. So I walked through spookily empty industrial areas and started to get inspired.
